3 Things That Your Right-brain Business Really Needs to Succeed, Part 1

Do you know what your right-brain (creative/intuitive) business really needs in order to be successful?

It does not need more of your time, attention or money.

What it really needs from you, before anything else, is clarity, focus and direction. Why?  Because if you don’t know where you are going, then how will you get there?

Clarity: You must be absolutely clear on:

  • Why you are in business.
  • What your business is here to do for you, or put another way, what you want from your business.
  • What your definition of success is.

Focus: A successful business begins with a strong brand.

  • What do you create?
  • Why do you create it?
  • How does that affect the perception of your art?
  • What are you selling?

Direction: Know where you are going.

  • Where are you going?
  • Why do you want to go in this direction? What does it provide you?

Think about these questions and I’ll go in depth over the next couple of posts on answering them and what the answers will provide you.

Do you find any of these questions unsettling? Did you have any trouble answering them? Please let me know in the comments section below.

To your joy and success!
